I occasionally (as in once every two monhts) get a Tim's icecap, BUT I get a small one, get them to make it with milk (instead of the usual cream), don't add whipped cream, and don't have syrup (like the caramel) added.One of my biggest complaints with Tim's is that they refuse to carry skim milk (or even 1%). The best they can do is 2%. For that reason, I would never touch one of their lattes or cappuccinos. And if a person drinks enough coffee in the day adding milk, it could make a difference there as well. With such a huge company, you would think they would listen to their customers' wishes, but they don't. (I know that MANY people have requested they have skim milk available, especially at locations in Toronto hospitals, but the company refuses to carry it.)On a similar note to what you've posted, I used to occasionally get a Starbuck's Venti (largest size) mint chocolate chip frappuccino with whipped cream...until I checked the Nutritional Information on their website and found out that that occasional "treat" ended up being more than 900 calories!!! I never would have guessed it that high.So yes, I'm definitely in support of posting the information where the public can see it.

two slices of natures own double fiber bread toasted (100 cals)
one egg cooked with cooking spray (70 cals)
one slice of low fat cheese (50 cals)
one large slice of sandwich ham (50 cals)
270 calories total for this sandwich. Soooooo good & the calories can go even lower if egg whites are used and lower calorie cheese and ham. For someone who is used to getting a breakfast biscuit sandwich at 600 cals or more every day, this is a big change in calories just for breakfast. AND sometimes I would eat TWO biscuits. With this low cal sandwich you get 10 grams of fiber just in the bread so it really fills you up.

I like the biscuits at Mcdonalds. So I just get the biscuit by itself, take it home and add my own healthier goodies. I make a healthy egg substitute , add soy american cheese, ( only using low fat spray butter), then top it off with some good tasting, lowfat soy sausage. Is that okay, or not? Thanks. jan

Oh no! I love the starbucks sausage n cheddar.. thanks for the info! Switching to the more delicious spinach wrap from now on!
