Check out Purity Products Krill Omega-3. I've been taking it for 2 months now,& it has Krill oil & Fish Oil. The combination gives you the best of both, though the Astaxanthin level could be higher-it's only 300 mcg. And,none of their supplements contain GMO's.
I have no stomach upset from it,either.

This information is spot on and increases my confidence even more in Eating Well. I take about 3 grams a day of fish oil and have seen amazing results. It took care of heart palpitations, aching joints and I have increased mental clarity. Note to Erma -- your daughter can get omega-3s through algae. Nordic Naturals has a great algae oil product with relatively high levels of both EPA and DHA, compared to other products on the market.

I'm sorry, but why would you choose to quote the American Heart Association in this article? These are the people who continue to bang the "fat makes you fat" drum. And that a "calorie is a calorie"! There are so very many other sources out there, try The Townsend Letter, for example, that have information from professionals that are actually interested in what these supplements can actually do for your body!

I had wondered about this - I always check the DHA and EPA levels on any fish oil supplement, and when I checked them on the krill oil, they came up way short. I always thought it was the DHA and EPA you wanted to maximize. Thanks for this info.
