Are you getting enough milk?

Lisa asks: How much milk do you drink?

Why would "Eating Well" magazine put out and article to the public saying that we need to drink more milk. Milk is a drink loaded with saturated fat, chemicals, antibiotics, and artificial hormones. I am starting to lose faith that Eating Well magazine knows anything at all about nutrition and the cancer, obese ridden society it is writing to. The last thing Americans need to do is drink more milk. This article is crazy. Shame on you Lisa Gosselin.

I love using milk in cooking and baking. In my early twenties, I used to not drink it all, because of a few health problems. It was an oversea trip that started my appreciation of milk. Surprise, surprise... it seems a few nutrients were missing from my diet, because my complexion cleared up. My preference is organic milk, especially when it comes straight from a small diary.
