Cleaning my face morning and nightly, using good products, using sunscreen. Eating the right foods, drinking lots of water, no smoking, no hard alcohol.

I was a girl who wore makeup every day. I told mylesf that I was confident in my own skin, yet every morning I would drag mylesf out of bed to cover up my flaws . This past school year, I started wearing less and less makeup, but I always wore foundation and concealer to cover up my acne and scarring. Over the summer I did away with that and now all I wear is concealer under my eyes and occasionally eyeliner. It IS so liberating. I would definitely appreciate more no makeup challenge videos! I

first of all drinking enough water,eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetable. Make your dinner and lunch from scratch.Do not use tin of food in your cooking .Have lots of green tea in a day.Do exercises like doing yoga everyday be active as possible.be relax and calm .Have massage every week to calm your mind and your body and finally be so kind to yourself.

The condition of my skin has greatly improved since I have begun to take baths and showers in cold water.
I bath with oatmeal in a stocking, and I don't consume anything with refined sugar.
The problems (itching, sores, dryness) that I had with my skin is almost eradicated.

thanks for these useful tips , I will try them in near future .
I usually drink water early in the morning , so I think this help me to have soft and good skin , also I eat fruit a lot.
In these ways I keep my skin younger.

All Berries like strawberries, blackberries, raspberries. Veggies with a lot of color like Broccoli, Cauliflower, Brussels Sprouts, Tomatoes and Sweet Potatoes. Red Delicious Apples, Prunes, Plums..... Salmon for omega -3. If you are vegetarian - consider taking an omega 3 supplements more. All foods with phytochemicals are anti-aging foods and help the skin to look younger.
Also some foods that are rich in antioxidants are listed below:
* Cruciferous vegetables
* Whole meal pasta and rice
