I love rosemary, cilantro, ginger, garlic, cayenne, and hot peppers. And I really love them when they help fight off colds -- I swear by pico de gallo made with them (tomatoes and everything above but the ginger) -- keeps it away, at least shortens duration.
BUT why I'm writing: under ROSEMARY you mention a study that showed alertness increased when it was sprayed into study cubicles. Do you have a citation or link for that study? Would love to see.

Dill Weed - just because it is delicious. I use it in just about anything that is savory. - soups, salads, veggies. it imparts a nice fresh flavor.

I INCLUDE THESE IN MY DIET: TUMERIC, CINNANON GINGER . OTHER LOCAL HERBS FROM MY GARDEN AND CURRY AS WELL.
