I've been trying to drink more hibiscus tea since I learned it helps lower blood pressure and decrease cholesterol.

I love rosemary, cilantro, ginger, garlic, cayenne, and hot peppers. And I really love them when they help fight off colds -- I swear by pico de gallo made with them (tomatoes and everything above but the ginger) -- keeps it away, at least shortens duration.
BUT why I'm writing: under ROSEMARY you mention a study that showed alertness increased when it was sprayed into study cubicles. Do you have a citation or link for that study? Would love to see.
Thank you in advance. And thank you for the fascinating article! M. Rossi
