I love tuna. What about perch, and walleye?

I had a question about the article. I have recently started eating sardines regularly, but they are from the North Sea and Norwegian Fjords. Why does the article specify Pacific sardines?

Eww! Sardines are gross. I'm sorry I just can't get over the fishy flavor.

I've heard that the fresh sardines are better than canned... but I haven't tried them. Can you find them easily at the fish counter?

This is good and I knew that line caught fish are better. However, they don't tell you that in supermarket fish. They may, or you can figure it out, in a fish market. As far as canned tuna, they only tell you it is still dolphin safe, Is that even an issue anymore? Nothing about line or net caught.
