Probably the wrong place to ask, but I like the ends a little crisp so leave it in the oven 20 minutes instead of 15 like most recipes suggest. Anyone know if that degrades the health benefits significantly?

WRAP IT IN HEAVY TIN FOIL JUICE A LEMON/LIME. COOK FOR 20 MINS AT 400 DEGREES LET COOL FOR 5 -10 MINS THEN OPEN FOIL AND ENJOY.

I love asparagus and you only made me love it more. I put it on a large tray with salt, pepper and olive oil in the oven for about 14 min at 415 degrees. It is fabulous !! I eat it as a snack sometimes with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
