We have invented a new product using asparagus as a salad dressing/topping. My friends and I can't stop eating it all winter long but because of the expence of trying to market an entirely new product we are not at that stage yet. Perhaps a restaurant chain would be interested in ordering it and having an exclusive salad. I'm telling you this stuff rocks.

Lucky you! We forage for a large part of our aspguaars but with the rainiest weather since 1916 our wild aspguaars is under a good 4-5 of river water still. Maybe the small patch in our garden will produce a little better this year. Enjoy your aspguaars.:)

I actually prefer asparagus to most other foods. I'm abnormal because I love spinach and asparagus :)

I have recently started a love affair with asparagus and am excited to try some new recipes! I have been secretly dicing it in our dinner dishes, so the kids do not notice and poo poo the veggies! Thanks for the great post!
