I put steamed asparagus in my morning breakfast drink. Am I losing nutritional value by steaming the vegetable?

I love asparagus and you only made me love it more. I put it on a large tray with salt, pepper and olive oil in the oven for about 14 min at 415 degrees. It is fabulous !! I eat it as a snack sometimes with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.

My question is that I enjoy the pickled asparagus from the jar. Will that retain the nutritional values you've outlined?
