I take Spirulina, NAC, omega fish oil, coQ10, Biotin and my bio-identical hormone w/ 5-HTP and I read all labels on everything. Very important. Especially now with Monsanto and the slow economy growth

I have a question I need to know an answer to. ,The doctor tells me my vit, D is very low so she tells me to take an over the counter pill once a day then I tell her I have been yaking the exact same pill 2,000 mil,gr. 2 in the morning for the last 3 months,and she says she doesn't understand why it is so low,so I said I will take 2 in the morening and 2 at night of these pills ,and she says to do that for the next 3 months. I want to know what is happening to my vit. D what can be causing it to deplete all the time? What can be the cause. I had stomach surgry in 1986 and haven't been able to drink milk products since then,not milk,or ice cream,I can have yougert,and cheese,which I eat,What can be wrong why I can't keep my vit. D up,and what can I do to increase it. I also take a Gertol multi-vit. everyday. I will be 62 on Aug. 6th. help be to stay healthy.I take only a Paxil pill everyday ,no other perscription pills.What can be my problem,I also have ostroprosis,and arthurites.Can you help me?Thank-you Margaret Failing
