hey I have a question, I suffer from familial hypercholesterolemia. Which is basically high cholesterol. I love coffee and recently switched to a stovetop espresso maker. Which type of coffemaker should I be using? Is mine ok or can it be dangerous for my LDL levels? I would very much appreciate a reply

I love this blog...and especially the article on coffee. I have always loved coffee and I'm sure its no coincidence that over 500 million cups of coffee are served in the US every day. Recently, I stumbled on herbal coffee which is infused a perfect blend of organic ganoderma herbs. Not long after, i realized that I was getting a weight loss, and I had a much better digestion and heart-burns became a thing of the past. I really love the coffee i take.

I agree! I keep reading articles on why "quitting coffee" is the best thing that you could ever do for yourself. I understand that some people are sensitive, but I just don't really get the blanket statements. As for me personally, I've had to reduce my coffee intake due to stomach problems due to the acidic content. I've switched to energy "shots" instead, one brand i like in particular is called eternal energy shot. I would recommend these to those who still want the caffeine but are sensitive to coffee.
