Another fruit that is very good sleep inducing food is bananas. It's loaded with magnesium, a muscle relaxant, which will help you have a relaxing night while asleep. And for those who are looking to have a slim waist, perhaps you should just eat cherries instead of juice. Most juices are 3X the calories of fruits.
