I still think it does though because anytime I ate a meal early i was fine but if i ate the same meal within a few hours of bed i'd wake up with a stomach that wasn't flat. if i went to bed a little hungry i'd wake up with a flat stomach.

My food myth is that we shouldn't eat nuts everyday because of all the latic acid in nuts. Really? Because I'm pretty sure nuts are an excellent source to reduce cholesterol levels (LDL) by 90% if eaten 5-6 days a week. That's reversing your chance of heart disease, stroke, and heart attacks. I think it all comes down to small portioning and don't go overboard.

Eating at night (anything except maybe a small piece of fruit of small serving of plain veggies!) makes you gain weight. I still think it does though because anytime I ate a meal early i was fine but if i ate the same meal within a few hours of bed i'd wake up with a stomach that wasn't flat. if i went to bed a little hungry i'd wake up with a flat stomach.

Raw milk is bad for you. This is a myth. It is better for you that processed milk.

Loxely bit of info on the potatoes. Since being diagnosed as diabetic, I've been avoiding them like th plague and they're one of my favorite foods. Will try the oven baked fries with a bit of olive oil and see if it does the trick. As for which myth I bought into: the potato one and also the idea that peanut butter was bad. I hear it so often, even my trainer told me to stay away from it. I still use it though, and you're right. It has such a strong flavor that a little does go a long way and just a tablespoon is plenty for a satisfying sandwich.
