The fat myth - I have found that my cravings are far less, and I am able to eat more and be satisfied, if I include lots of fats in my diet, especially mufa's. Avocado, olive oil, nuts, peanut butter, coconut oil, dark chocolate all help me to stay on a fairly healthy diet and stay SATISFIED!

Very good job, I'd also like to point out the following foods as also good
Rice, Coconut oil, palm oil, and sugar
the two oils are bad but also very good and sugar is 50% glucose which is good but 50% is fructose as long as its consumed in moderation its okay.

Jaya Chaya! We recently vacationed in Mexico where the locals and ex-pats eat chaya or "tree spinach". This is supposedly a weed that packs way more nutrients than spinach and grows along the roadside in Mexico. Wouldn't this be a great source of nutrients for Americans watching their weight? This is the same plant that produces chia seeds, which were a recent diet trend.

I *think* spinach is 50% protein and therefor makes you feel more satisfied than eating the same amount of another type of green. Am I crazy?

I still believe that pork is baaaad for you. I think recent studies have shown that eating balanced amounts of pork (or anything else for that matter) is no more harmful than any other meat, but I still think pork is the baaaad meat.
