I think we worry too much about exercise, foods, how much water we drink, etc. If we live in moderation of foods and drinks ingested and activity, we will live as long as we are genetically programed to live. Laugh a lot, don't worry about mistakes, just enjoy this journey!

I only eat cereals and breads that are 100% whole wheat products or whole grain...I stay away from enriched flour and flour (white) breads, crackers, cereals etc. If it's not whole wheat/grain I will not eat it.
Also, completely eliminated mayonnaise, ranch dressing, and butter from my diet.

Peanut butter. Why not almond butter. Many aflatoxins in peanuts. Refer to The China Study some very interesting research.

Coconuts. They are full of saturated fat. So why have Malaysians, who practically live on coconuts (and palm oil), historically had low rates of heart disease? So have a number of Pacific Islanders who eat tons of coconut. Malaysians put coconut milk in EVERYTHING, as do other south east Asians who have had historical low rates of heart disease. How does that add up.

In 2003 the Environmental Working Group tested and ranked 46 common
fruits and vegetables for pesticide contamination. According to their
findings, the produce with the highest amount of contamination, coined
the dirty dozen, are peaches, strawberries, apples, spinach, nectarines, celery, pears,
cherries, POTATOES, bell peppers, raspberries and imported grapes. These
would be the best choices for organic.
