I have heard that pork is "bad for you" because it contains toxin-absorbing fat. The fat is almost impossible to get rid of and some of the tastiest organs (like the kidneys and liver) are almost toxic due to the extreme amount of toxins that swine consume in their lifetimes. It is common to find beef or chicken livers, but you NEVER find pork (the point explains it). Would you say that pork is considered "safe enough to eat regularly" or should the public turn to substitutes (like turkey) and eat pork on rare occasions (like in pork chops)?

What foods work for anyone is determined by a number of things, one of the most important is your own blood type. Some of us can do poultry, fish, pasta but not beef or sugar etc. In general though fruits and vegetables are good for all. Also foods can affect your blood chemistry such as ph which can affect health and immune system.

Good to eat beef? What a load of garbage! There are beans and many other sources of Iron and Protein which are actually good for you eat. There are hormones and other chemicals from pesticides that are in beef....not to mention that it takes the body three days to digest red meat. That's right...it sits in our bodies rotting for 3 days. Ugh!!!
