I've deeply bought into the myth of eggs bringing on (or having some bearing upon) prostate cancer, colorectal cancer. Could you please elaborate a little more on such a statement?
What about the "poisonous" and "allergy triggering" nature of cow\s milk casein?
I believe above two and casein issue in particular are worthiest statements to elaborate upon.

There are a lot of 'old wives tales' and myths out there about the 'devil' foods that would just ruin your diet.
It turns out that the natural foods-- the ones that aren't manufactured--are for the most part just fine . This assumes that we eat within reason.

I think there is some contradiction to this post. Because, the food that you have mentioned is healthy for the body and also harmful for the body. Thou, if you are consuming it heavy then it must be harmful to you. And beside if you take it in a proper manner or according to your doctors suggestion then it can be a healthy food for you.
