,slice in half then stack halves and quarter cut . ready to eat I like to eat 4 to 8 yellow grapefruit per day. doctor put me on medication for border line diabities and after dieting for six months, she took me off medications and I started eating grapefruit every day weights stayed lower and no more problems with bloodwork at annual checkups. I am 72 and take no medications.

I really do not like grapefruit, but have several trees in. My yard. I have decided to eat at least 1 grapefruit a day. I pick one, wash it & cut it...then each time I go into my kitchen, I eat a chunk. Hoping this helps me loose some much needed fat!

blended into a juice - only grapefruit.

My favourite way to eat grapefuit, one grapefuit, one green apple and one beetroot blend in juice.

Slice it in half then cut the segments out leavining the in between skin take your knife and cut around inside adding no sweetener pick out the pieces and enjoy, I have only just started eating them and enjoying as I started my diet
