I want to get at least 15 grams of protein in the morning :-), and have tried different permutations and combinations to achieve this goal. ;)

In the morning I start my day off with a half a cantaloupe. Then 30 minutes later, I have a 8 ounce can of albacore tuna pack in water. also with that I put in 5 ounces of green bean uncut and about 8 small cherry tomatoes. now with that I pour 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and 4 tablespoons of safflower, add about 10 brewers yeast tablets and you can also look and feel like your 15 years younger.

We live in Maui so it aways smoothie whatever is in our garden ripe. We have lots of Avocado, Papaya , Bananas, Kale, Mango, Pineapple. Put them in the Vitamix with coconaut milk ,hempseed and brewers yeast. WE have a Bed and Breakfast and this is our guest favorite! Aloha.
