A cup of tea, or a glass of iced tea, usually does it for me!

Both my son and I drink a glass of OJ. early in the morning for improved focus. In the afternoon it seems that extra grains and protien does the trick. Alittle peanut butter on whole grain bread is helpful. In my 40s an 4 children, and my 20 yr old son with major focus problems seem to get help from slow burning carbs. No artificial colors or flavors. They only make it worse.
