I feed my child vegan food. Never give your children any animal products. Our country drinks and eats the highest amount if dairy products and has the highest number of osteoporosis cases. A plant bases, organic, vegan diet will give your child the best chance at not getting cancer, heart disease, stroke, osteoporosis, high blood pressure, diabetes etc. Educate yourselves. This website isn't offering healthy advice. Watch "Fork Over Knives". It could save your life and the lives of the animals.

I try to incorperate fruits into their diet by packing all natural fruit yogurt or a cereal mix with fruit. Also, i sneak in thin slices of tomatoes into there sandwiches, or I will pack them a fruit smoothie, which i am happy to say, they really love!
