Making a big pot of my grandmother's pinto beans. Sound weird, but it is the ultimate comfort food for me!

I love srawberries,not a sweet eater though-my faves are emanbean, sliced raw red pot's and fresh spinach..

When I was young my mom made waffles with walnuts thrown in. Not many people nowadays make their own waflles or pancakes but if you do, consider throwing some ground-up walnuts and almonds and flaxseed into the mix. Banana bread mixes love this kind of stuff. Cookie recipes too. Buy the stuff in bulk at a big supermarket, grind it up in a blender or food-processer and store it in the freezer. Put some in an air-tight container for work. Throw a handful into your instant oatmeal and perfecto! Breakfast cereals, salads, even soups benefit from nuts. Try some ground nut mixture in a bowl of mushroom soup and watch it come alive. The possibillities are endless. Meatloaf, yogurt, barbeques, desserts. Now I just made myself hungry.

I make hot cocoa using cocoa powder, unsweetenes almond milk and stevia....yumm & humm!

I am such a chocoholic that's why I always have a chocolate bar with me. It's like I'm never full without it. defaulting loans
