3 diet tricks of people who live longer

It might not be as big a thing as the three in the article, but there are lots of long-lived people in my family too and one thing I've noticed is that they eat at very regular times...breakfast as soon as they get up...always stop whatever they are doing and eat lunch because it's noon...and dinner is ALWAYS at 5pm and they really don't like to be late with it. So just very regular eating patterns.
