Crackers and milk is awsome.

milk is questionable as unfortunately pasteurisation kills almost everything what is so vital for human benefits. Many researches lately finally admit a raw milk from healthy cows is the only real deal.

I've had bouts of insomnia for years. I've tried everything. Tylenol PM, Unisom, Ambien, sedatives, antihistimines, chamomile tea, milk, etc. I got down to a routine of cycling three or four different aids every night so I didn't take the same thing every night. The most effective herbs I've found are valerian and passionflower, but my body adjusts really quickly to them so I can't take them every night. 900 mg of valerian works very well for me and I've had no side effects.

2 cups air popped corn-plain,1 hr.before bed time or 1/2 of a graham cracker square. if you dream at night wake yourself up and tell yourself to stop dreaming and you will go back to sleep and not dream anymore.this is free an worth a try,it works for me!

I like to eat I micro potato in the evening (nothing on it). I am prone to leg and feet cramps so the potassium in the potato helps to avoid those aweful cramps.

I wish I knew. I am 78, fit, exercise 5 days a week in morning. Eat very healthy, take supplements. Have NO trouble falling asleep...but after 2-3 hours I awaken. Some times I fall back to sleep immediately, other times I am awake for 2-3 hours. I don't feel tired all day until after dinner. Then I could doze and go to bed. I don't until 10 p.m. ANy thoughts? I prefer not taking medications.,
