This is a great list, however I think you should include a brief caveat about grapefruit juice. It is proven to interrupt absorption of many medications. (Delicious though it is) In a significant portion of our population this effect of grapefruit juice can actually be rather dangerous. Thank you.

I drink water, coffee, green tea and alcohol - in that order! Great tips Brierley! I also really like the linked article on how much water a person should drink. I think we've gotten a bit obsessed with the 8 glasses of water thing. It is individual based upon activity level and monitoring your urine color is a good gauge.
Thanks for the great information!

Do you realize that our body is "age-ing, cancer-ing, and disease-ing" every minute of every day, due to oxidative stress and free radical damage. Oxidative stress is a big deal contributing to our ailing health conditions and premature aging, what do you take to eliminate free radicals and oxidative stress ? I highly recommend this award winning anti aging nutritional product. Go to my blog http://onlinemillionare2013.blogspot.ca/2013/02/for-lifes-sake-care-about-your-health.html
