When feeling sluggish, I drink the Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar health drink mentioned on the label. Once a week seems to help. Don't overdo it, it really flushes your system! The drink is 1-2 tsp. Bragg Organic Vinegar (raw unfiltered with the 'Mother' in it) with 8 oz. purified water and your choice of organic honey, maple syrup or stevia as a sweetener. I don't usually consume sugar, but lately I have been trying organic argave necter with the drink.
