Brierley asks: Which of these superfoods do you include in your diet every day?

I eat several of these super foods daily but the super food I consume most is Reliv. I have incredible health now, thanks to Reliv.

Great article. Ya, sardines aren't on the top of my list, but just about everything else is. I try to eat them daily. A couple of months ago, I was feeling pretty bad, and my 5 year old grand-daughter told me "Grandpa, if you want to feel better, you should eat broccoli every day." I try. It is a fact that if she is visiting, I have my broccoli on my plate.
Thanks for the reminder of what good food is all about.

I drink tea every day, and have each of the other superfoods 2-3 times a weeks each.

Berries, eggs, beans ,nuts are staples in my diet-oranges: not as often-they are acid forming- something I don't need!
I WOULD eat spinach every day- but I have trouble storing it -no local supermarket close to us to buy it every other day-But I LOVE it sauted with my morning eggs or in salad and I make a MEAN spinach pizza!
I will try to increase sweet potatoes-only eat them a couple of times a year -though I enjoy them-I have a KILLER recipe for thanksgiving that uses butternut squash ,apples and raisins. My seasoning is a secret-I invented the recipe and want to enter a contest with it-but hint;-olive oil and some sweetening and spices are in there! Bake in moderate/high oven- the LONGER it bakes the SWEETER ,browner and crispy/soft it becomes-Yummy! ;[ Now you got me thinking...I may tweek the recipe and add sweet potatoes! thanks!]

Yogurt was a good hint-but my nutritIonist says make it GREEK YOGURT-higher in protein.
Broccoli? I seem to have a Love/ hate relationship with- can't eat it EVERY day- maybe because I have thyroid problems- I think they tell me not to eat a lot of the cabbage/broccoli sulfur forming veggies.. But I love it in stir fries!
I regularly drink tea instead of coffee-but do the decaffinated kinds still have the antioxidants in them? Should we only buy the health food store decaffinated tea-believe there was something wrong with the regular decaf process, from the grocery varieties-any info on this?
Thanks for a GREAT common sense approach, to being healthy-such "common" sense is very uncommon, it seems!
