I buy only wild salmon for cooking at home. My husband, however, loves to eat at sushi restaurants and they almost always serve Atlantic Salmon. Our they charge an arm and a leg for 'premium' salmon. I make him pay the extra :)

Just had sockeye salmon (baked with garlic powder, olive oil and a few other spices) and Spanish rice. Delicious!

I will not buy or eat farmed salmon; therefore, never order it in a restaurant. How can one tell where the canned variety is from?
