Everything I possibly can. How can anyone say Organic is not more nutritious? We all know about GMO's and produce drenched in systemic (in the root system-the plants "blood" so to speak) pesticides and fungicides. How can those things be good for you? So, even in if nutrient for nutrient an organic apple is the same and an altered, GMO grown in an intense wash of poisons, organic has to be better.

I plan on going completely organic but, as of now i purchase organic milk (or almond, coconut, or hemp milk) and organic fruits & veggies.

Yes, most organic fruit and vegetables have a better taste.

I pretty much buy apples, lettuce, strawberries and blueberries organic. It's really hard to find them here but fortunately Sendicks Food Stores carry a lot of the organics and are reasonably priced. It was brought to my attention that the nutrients in organic apples has a cancer fighting/blocking enzyme in them that is nuked out in the less favorable pesticide induced apples; all the more reason to consume organic apples.

I've been absorbing the added cost of buying organic so I've been changing over produce one item at a time but did not have white potatoes on my to do list.

I'm quite sure that a build up of pesticides while our foods are being grown and added preservatives and 'enhancers' while they're being processed and packaged is one of, if not THE reason for such unacceptable numbers of children with autisim. Other countries have no such thing......not to mention their dental health. Doctors scratch their heads and just can't imagine what the problem is when the very first question in detective work is, "What do these children have in common?" Food. While they're in the womb they are susceptible to everything their mommas consume....or lack of such as true nutrients. Our foods have so little life in them, it's a wonder we're still living.

I would like to buy all organic produce, but I live in a small town, so my choices are limited. I routinely find spinach, celery, and green onions, so I always buy them. The only brand I have found is "Earthbound," but I like their products, so that isn't a problem.
