This is good but it does not say how one encourages the correct gut bacteria to be in you body. What foods, etc should be added to the diet to encourage the right bacteria?

So, what are the gut bacteria you should be putting into your system? I take acidophilous and organic apple cider vinegar every day. What else should I be doing?
