Matthew asks: Who do you think should win in this food feud: Chick-fil-A or Eat More Kale?

I think big corporate America plays the bully and with their legal teams shoves their wants and wishes down the throats of America, want it or not. Kale is so different from their chicken, would never be confused. Heck, I never even thought of the chicken thing until they brought it up in their suit against this person. One thing this did accomplish is there are now ten more people who will not patronize the Chick Fil-A restaurants as we do not support corporate bullying. And that's all this is. Puffing out their legal chests and throwing their corporate weight around trying to squash a small guy with an idea to survive.

Eat more beef and boycott corporate chicken bullies!

Eat More Kale should win. Chick-fil-A should have no case what-so-ever... I mean a judge shouldn't even consider it... becuase "Eat More..." is just a standard phrase. It's like copyrighting "I'm going to the store." If the phrase was "Eat Mor Kale" (with the same mispelling), then maybe there would be something to consider.

Eat more kale should win this one. Not about little guy versus giant for me. I see it as just plain stupid on chick-fil-a's part. Come on! Really?? Kale vs chicken.

Chik-Fil-A. It's an obvious rip-off of their slogan, even if we should eat more kale and other non-processed foods.

Eat More Kale. it's real food. it's not a mega-corporation employing people at minimum wage. Bo knows how to spell. "eat," "more" and "kale" are all common words in the English language; the phrase "eat more..(various)" is used every day all over the country. is Chick-fil-A going to sue every mother trying to get her kid to eat more spinach? Chick-fil-A doesn't own the English language. we the people do.
