i like the food it makes me grow musles mostly it pay offf and the food pryimid is good i dont like my vestrabael but i have to eat it when i grow up i want to be brolect staring now im in jr high school i work out but and i eat good food

Being a person with diabetes, I have learned some of the same things that Ohno has; pay attention to how your body feels when you eat food and then eat the foods that make you feel the very healthiest. It works!
