Am I missing something here? All I see is the title but no article, then a lot of links to other articles.

I am a bit disappointed with your list of top healthy foods. I have been into healthy foods for the last 40 year and have long targeted 100+ ... thro' good food and exercise. Am now approaching 80 with excellent health ... rarely a drug needed to date .. so on target.
Foods that I consider important to me are nuts and fruit (we agree on that) but for fish I rate sardines #1 for value. ALL sardines are 'wild' caught and even the 99c Brunswick cans are very good. Also salmon and trout - but less so the large Tuna - that I typically avoid. I also avoid most bottom eating fish as that's where MOST of the pollutants end up (mussels, oysters, shrimps, lobster etc). Mid water fish are the best, like sardines, herring, mackerel. Mind you, I love my cod and trout. Try poaching cod in milk and butter. Have beans twice a week also.
I eat a pound (454g) of mixed dried nuts and fruit every week and also bananas and raisins with my cereals. No sugar, only honey. Flax and Rye breads only .., the most healthy. Least wheat I can get away with. Apricots are good. NEVER drink chlorinated water. I choose spring water from as far up north as possible. Use a fair amount of olive oil .. the only oil I buy. Even cook with this at lower temperatures. Steam my veggies with root veggies (lik carrots) cooked MUCH longer than most to break up the fibres and get my moneys worth of goodies from these cheap gems. As soft as the sweet potatoes I microwave.
Eat 25g of dark chocolate a day also.
We ALL need to fight against useless additives, coloring and use of products like titanium dioxide etc
Rice is good also ... but it's needs to be screened tighter for arsenic. As a water-grown plant it's very vulnerable for that.

Couscous. I buy the big portion that's usually 5.95 and it lasts me a few weeks.

I think that you cannot beat a good Pasta Carbonara. It is both healthy (provided you do not use too much salt) and nutritious. It is simple to make and takes only 15-20 minutes and you can feed all the family for a few €'s.
