I make my own yogurt in the crockpot...I strain it for hours until it's extremely thick and creamy, and flavor it with fresh pulped mangoes or stewed rhubarb (after many trials, these two emerged as my favorite flavors). I use the considerable amount of creamy whey when I bake bread, which adds a lovely flavor. A portion of the fresh yogurt is strained further to make a spreadable ricotta-like cheese, to which I usually add some herbs or garlic. I prefer my own to the greek-style available commercially, which is over-rich in my opinion, and I use 1% milk and still get a wonderfully thick, smooth, tangy yogurt. It's such an easy process in the crockpot...I'll never go back to commercial yogurt.

Greek light & fit is my favorite. Creamy thick deliciousness!
I add frozen blueberries which makes it like an ice cream.

I love Fage no fat Greek yogurt mixed with chopped mint, cilantro and basil which I then dollop on baked potatoes or lentil soup that I make.

Also like taking it the other direction with fruits, etc.

Actually, most "Greek" yogurts are not Greek at all. Because of the popularity many companies don't bother to strain (takes time) but prefer to add thickeners instead (boo!). I love the REAL full fat Greek Yogurt for its taste and extra protein.
My fave is to put some fruti in a bowl, add the yogurt and top with a good (natural) granola. Yum!

Greek yogurt - I love it. I use it as a dessert - add a little fruit or sweetener - like a dribble of honey. Use it like whipped cream - sounds weird but it works for me; I put some on an apple crisp instead of whipped cream or ice cream. Use in recipes calling for sour cream or other similar product. I love the texture.

I prefer Greek yoghurt because the flavor and texture. I love with honey and nuts
or with goji berries and coconut.
I've also made ice cream from it.
