Cabbage soup with green beans, tomatoes as the base. It is delicious as well as filling.

I blend boiled onions red peppers and a carrot ...
I separately blend raw tomatoes to dissolve seeds and
add them to the blended soup and simmer adding sea minerals
Hungarian mild paprika Parmesan type cheese..
\consume hot or warm and often cold
