What should we eat for breakfast and dinner while on this weight loss soup diet? What about snacking, which fruits to eat and which to avoid;, etc etc etc etc.

White Bean and Kale Soup - made with homemade (de-fatted) chicken broth; extremely delicious and versatile. I start with the basics: garlic, onions, bay leaves, crushed red pepper flakes, kale and whilte beans, chicken broth. From there, I usually add whatever veggies I have on hand to bulk up the soup into a full-fledged meal. This, along with a whole wheat roll makes the perfect lunch.

I make a variation of the Weight Watchers Veggie Soup, using whatever I have on hand (usually carrots, celery, onion, red and/or green bell pepper, zucchini...), but I spice it up using the chili spice blend from an old Jane Brody cookbook. It has 2T brown sugar, 2T chili powder (New Mexico is best), 1T cumin, 1T oregano leaves, 1/2 t coriander, 1/4 t allspice, and 1/8 t ground cloves. Sometimes I add black beans and corn as well. It's really tasty and filling and I look forward to eating it!

I blend boiled onions red peppers and a carrot ...
I separately blend raw tomatoes to dissolve seeds and
add them to the blended soup and simmer adding sea minerals
Hungarian mild paprika Parmesan type cheese..
\consume hot or warm and often cold
