cooking it in a tent of ten foll either in a skillet or over it doesn't matter and the meat is tender.

Hi there...in my family we always tried to cook good meat and chicken but if ever either was a bit tough, there are simple things you could do to tenderize the flesh before cooking it. Examples are wrapping up the pieces of meat in bruised papaya leaves or even smothering them in crushed pineapple flesh. Both papaya leaves and pineapple contain enzymes that will break down the muscle fibers, making them more digestible.

i think from the different cuts in delta colo that all are tough and not worth buying.i had steak to night and after cooking and cut in 1/4 " bits it was still tough. where does the tender meat go? china? i will try
a pressure cooker then bbq next. b sargent
