I'm going to cook for my younger son, 7 years old and my husband (my 10 year old son is at science camp returning on Thursday) salmon fillets en papillote heart-shaped cut with maybe some red peppers and red onions and zucchinis sliced thin. I got the idea from your hallibut in parchment. For dessert strawberry risotto from the Whole Foods Good Deal monthly pamphlet. In the past I've made a heart-shaped baked alaska. Last year I flambeed it but I was trying to impress the boys by making a bigger fire using more brandy so when it burned off they said it tasted too alcoholly. When my older son gets back I may make a fondue with broth and may make a heart-shaped cheesecake with strawberry swirled in or something like that. I have some red rice I didn't make at Christmas that I could make with something else. My younger son loves mussels so I may get mussels and cook them in garlic and ginger. Got other suggestions for my husband and 7 and 10 year old sons?
