This is for Gretel Schueller, who wrote the terrific article called Wild World Within. I learned a lot about the value of adding frutans to my diet. I am also a Vitamix user. My question is: If I put bananas, watermelon, wheat gran, raspberries, nuts for protein, etc. in the Vitamix does it pulverize the healthy foods so much that I destroy the nutrient value of the food.
I am making the flank steak salad tonight for dinner.
