Why do you use low sodium stock and then add a heap of salt?

Our favorite is Potato, plus onion and celery, in a cream sauce, then we stir in shredded Swiss cheese when it is served.

Creamy Tomato-Basil-Red Pepper. Also Mulligatawny. And Vegetable-Beef with big chunks like a stew. Yum!

I would like a soup that does not use broth. I had one once and lost it. Also, use frozen vegetables to eliminate chopping.
