Eggs and sauteed greens - kale, collard, gai lan, whatever's in the fridge!

I poach an egg in some chicken broth and throw in some greens like escarole, spinach or chard for a quick soup with protein and vitamins.

i take leftovers out of the freezer and reheat them.
