I take boneless chicken thighs, dip in egg, bread with panko crumbs & sprinkle this awesome fried chicken seasoning on them...fry in couple tablespoons of oil for couple minutes on each side then bake through...make angel hair pasta, cut chicken into strips, put over pasta and depending on your mood can toss with a alfredo sauce, or spagetti sauce...even some olive oil and sea salt. ..you pick...easy to make in no time and everyone loves it...I work so of course am rushed for time but cook family meals almost every night... I even use leftover veggies and toss them in. And of course you can use any pasta you more prefer. Hope you enjoy:)

HI
You can bake it in the oven at 350 degrees and it takes 12 minutes
Tilapia fish
Salt
Pepper
1 can of cubed tomatoes
2 table spoons of Philadelphia cheese
You bake the fish for 4 minutes or so on each side, on a separate bowl combine the tomato and cream cheese to make a creamy sauce and pour on top of the fish. Bake for another 4 minutes.
It is very easy and tasty!!

My 5 ingredient supper, well nothing says cheap and no cooking like summer time sandwiches. Two slices of bread, your meat and cheese of choice, lettce, and tomatoe. We do it buffet style, plates at one end of the counter finshed with your condiments at the other end. You fix your own sandwich and sit down at the table with the family. Rock paper scissors to see who puts it all away.
