Why don't you place the recipe right on the same page as your article? There is so much other garbage after the article that I'm now only motivated to tell you its annoying and proceed to another more convenient, user-friendly website. Sounded good, but I'll never know....

I never heard of it before but the kids say it is common with the younger folks. Ranch dressing on baked potatoes.

I would use turkey bacon with my special seasoning to give more flavor, less fat. Instead of cheddar(unfortunately), I will use mozz cheese(less fat). I do not like the fat free cheese(gross). If cream is involved, I would use non-fat milk. I have a diabetic son, type 1, and no so good cholesterol(better), it runs on my family side.:(

Not only is potato soup one of my favorite soups, but my all time favorite meal, especially when the weather starts getting cold! I love this recipe and the fact that it is only 304 CALORIES for one serving. I think another alternative that could be used instead of regular bacon being fried could be turkey bacon. I think these ingredients you have listed are an easy way to cut down on the fat in a typical restaurant soup that you would normally get, while still keeping that same delicious flavor of everyone’s favorite “loaded baked potato soup.” The best part of it all is the total prep and cook time. 45 minutes max! You can’t beat that!!!
