Fresh chopped tomatoes
fresh Basil leaves (chopped)
extra virgin oil
salt and pepper to taste
Make one night ahead set in frig, boil water for whole wheat pasta before pasta is finished add a little of
the starch water to tomatoes drain pasta and pour over,nice with a side salad or grilled sausage

There's nothing like roast beef, mashed potatoes, gravy and peas. If I could eat that seven nights a week, I would. Unfortunately, Weight Watchers frowns on that!

My comfort meal is a nice, juicy meatloaf, mashed potatoes with lots of butter(yummy but I seldom eat as much butter as I would like to), and corn......with a nice slice of beer bread on the side. To me, there is nothing more comforting than this meal, piping hot, on a freezing cold winters night.

Well, my very favorite feel goo dmeal is chicken fried steak with cream gravy, mashed potatoes, dressing and green beans. Of course it is about one of the most unhealthy meals in the world, so I wouldn't / couldn't eat it even once a month!
