I say, splurge the calories and go for the full-cheese, as long as it is not a regular feature on the dinner table. save the sodium, though, that inevitably comes with a pre-packaged sauce and make your own. Pack it full with mushrooms, garlic, red and yellow peppers. as an extra treat, use a pond of Italian sausage with fennel. it it AS healthy as the recipe featured? no... but once in a while you gotta GO FOR IT!

I'd really like to see a healthy chicken pot pie. I love it with a pie crust on top and bottom, but I hate to eat that much fat. I have tried Bisquik-type toppings, or hashbrowns on top, etc; but it's just not the same as having "something" for the bottom crust. Help!
