Heavenly Peach-Raspberry Crisp (Plus 3 Variations!)

Carolyn asks: What’s your favorite fruit to turn into a luscious crisp?


I'm using a selection of juicy, ripe summer peaches and mixing in some slivers of pickled ginger and a couple of cups of frozen blueberries harvested last month. I also add a teaspoon of ground ginger to the streusel topping for an added zing.

Baked until golden brown and served with vanilla-bean ice cream will be the finale for my 4th of July celebration.
