I'm always fond of vegetables in my diet, and i've grown to become a huge fan of mediterranean diets because of the strong emphasis on vegetables and fruits even in their cooking recipes and not necessarily in salads only.
I would love to hear your input regarding mediterranean diets, do you think its a healthy alternative to limit calorie intake?

I think Salad is the best option to weight loss. Nowadays if you want to fit, then salad is the best option. Thanks for sharing such a nice information with us.
