I love these. I made them the other night and they were fantastic! I used Olive Oil spray and it worked just fine. I too am going to make a bunch up in advance and freeze them, for quick meals.

I am wondering if the canola oil can be replaced by olive oil?

Great comments on the oil. It made me wonder whether this was a paid *Canola oil* article.
My concern is the very short cooking time for the chicken. Fifteen minutes could be dangerously harmful for children and adults too for that matter.

canola oil has been genetically modified. so you should not call it healthy. this is misleading!

Freeze them after you bread them. When you need to make dinner, spray them with cooking spray and put them in the oven for an extra five minutes. Should work out fine.

Looks good but I would use a spray coconut oil, canola oil is not good for us

These look great. However, canola oil spray is NOT healthy for anyone! Canola oil is chock-full of GMO and inflammatory oils. Not to mention the other chemicals used to make it a "spray." Try a olive oil mister instead, or Organic canola oil in a mister.
