Would it be possible to freeze these at any point? I would like to have some quick meals made up without having to buy store bought. Would we have to freeze them after cooking and then just reheat or could they be frozen after being tossed in the breading? Thanks!

These look great. However, canola oil spray is NOT healthy for anyone! Canola oil is chock-full of GMO and inflammatory oils. Not to mention the other chemicals used to make it a "spray." Try a olive oil mister instead, or Organic canola oil in a mister.

Freeze them after you bread them. When you need to make dinner, spray them with cooking spray and put them in the oven for an extra five minutes. Should work out fine.

canola oil has been genetically modified. so you should not call it healthy. this is misleading!

Great comments on the oil. It made me wonder whether this was a paid *Canola oil* article.
My concern is the very short cooking time for the chicken. Fifteen minutes could be dangerously harmful for children and adults too for that matter.

I am wondering if the canola oil can be replaced by olive oil?
