6 Chicken thighs- boneless, skinless and trimed
3 pounds of potatoes- quartered
1 pound of carrots
1 onion - quartered
1 can of chicken broth
Mrs. Dash original
Put everything in the crockpot, season and cook for 6 hours on low. I use a 6 quart crockpot for this one.
Makes at least 6 servings, super cheap and super easy and very tasty.
Big hit in my house.
